Reconditioning of Annealing Hubs - double the lifetime
Annealing hubs for contact annealers are among the most wear prone components in wire drawing. However, surface quality relates directly to the quality of the wire. Therefore, these hubs need to be changed frequently to maintain a specified product quality, particularly in the finishing process of fine wire.
WireTrex offers to rebuild these annealing hubs as an economically interesting alternative to purchasing new hubs. Not only can we erase grooves but we will provide you with a high-gloss surface of outstanding quality. With thin walled solid nickel hubs we can exceed the surface quality of commonly available new hubs.
Nickel coated steel hubs will be re-coated with nickel and polished to provide you with a high gloss surface
